Some situations need more than goodwill. They need preparation. When a person has specific care needs, Koud'min organises additional training or a detailed briefing for the selected carer before the service starts.
How special care preparation works
During the care needs assessment, our team identifies whether the situation requires specific skills. If it does, the case is flagged for special care training. We prepare the selected carer on exactly those needs and verify their readiness. Only then does the service begin.
