    Tell us about your loved one

    Create your secure account and fill in the care questionnaire at your own pace. You can save a draft and come back anytime. Initials are enough at this stage, and everything stays confidential.

    Care needs assessment

    A member of our team reviews your request personally and contacts you to understand the situation in depth: routines, health context, home environment, preferences and expectations.

    Personalised matching

    We compare your needs with our pool of pre-screened carers: region, availability, languages, experience, day or night, transport, and any preference about the carer. We propose the person we genuinely believe fits.

    Preparation and training

    Some situations call for specific skills, such as mobility assistance, night care or safety procedures. In that case we organise additional training or a detailed briefing for the selected carer before the service starts.

    Care begins, and we stay close

    Once you confirm, care begins. We follow up regularly with you and the carer, and you can reach us anytime through your secure client area.

Families abroad: the whole process works remotely. You stay informed at every step, in English or French, while your relative in Mauritius receives local, reliable care.
